I am 7 week pregnant ....feeling very tired after office in the afternoon ...though the work pressure is not much....i feel very difficult to wake up in the mornings ...since 2 days...please give me suggestions...how to relax myself ...i stay alone ...my hubby works in other state. so he visits on weekends...please suggest methods to relax after work and is it common in 7th 8th week to feel tired in morning and evening??


Hi dear! Eat well, sleep well and stay active to do advised exercise. To relax do what you love - listen to nice music, have a warms bath, soak your feet in warm water, Try to take leave or work from home when y r tired.

my office period was very stressed....I have gone through worst u can imagine...the day I announced the drama began but I knew my thoughts will travel my baby so I never took anything on heart and applied Indian saying on using ear wisely...ek se suno dusre see nikal do....you are lucky if ur Office supports....lemon water and fresh fruits will keep your​ metabolism maintained...try have lemon water, coconut water and as much liquids possible...it will keep u fresh and active...walk after lunch in you office building area....eat every 2hour...and as Priya Sood said warm water works best

yeah it happens in d beginning of pregnancy..as u r wrking can understand the difficulty u myt b facing.. take small brks in between have lots of fluids like fruit juices,lime water,tender coconut..it wil make u feel fresh enuf..avoid tea n coffee.. keep munching healthy snacks..avoid junk foods.. dont pressurize urslf to wrk wen u feel too tired..hav gd slp (8 hrs atleast )..try exercises n a smal walk in d evng if allowed by ur Dr..stay happy n healthy..happy pregnancy.. thnq for the tag Priya Sood

Totally agree with Priya Rakhi and Nasreen. Get plenty of rest. Keep yourself hydrated. Keep yourself positive and happy always. Each day of your pregnancy is developing your baby. So enjoy. And get good sleep
