To control your BP 1st relax and don't worry too much about your baby movements. if the movements are reduced then no worries as the baby will not have much space to move and it reduces the movements. If you get tensed then your BP will increase so relax, Also reduce salt intake and spice intake also try to walk for a 20 min twice a day slowly and when you sit and sleep keep your leg a little up and down let it down. Nothing to worry be happy and enjoy your pregnancy.
