how should we take care of ourself during 3rd trimester??i jst stepped in 28 weeks.

hi dear, just the regular things you did in second trimester... protein rich diet, soaked almonds, 3 ltrs. water, small fishes, moong sprouts, green vegetables, dals etc. need special mention.. take good rest and keep active as well, almost there!!! ☺
