yes they are painful.. dun think abt it n stress urself..try hving lots of green veges,raisins,pomogranates,, iron rich foods..they ll increase ur HB level
its better to go injection take pomegreat daily and raisin for 15 days it show improvement mne was 8 at time of conceiving but my gynae encourage be take all nutrient from food not depends on medicine juat consult your gynae and dietiein it help u out also take joggary f not diabetic with bhuna chana
have green vegetables, pomegranate, black raisin, fig. . you can take iron tablets instead of injection if your delivery has time ..tablets raise hb very quickly. .
have pomegranates, beetroot, Apple to increase HB. beetroot is the fastest way to increase HB. but first ask your doct.
mine was 9.9 when i had tests done in feb..
then i started having 2 pomogranates daily, beetroot+carrot juice on daily basis n now this month i had reached 13.3
so no need for injections
