I have a
2 years old baby

she should triple her birth weight by one year...she would gain.... breastfeed, give banana, potatoes, all seasonal fruits, rice, Dal, u can start Ragi as well if she can digest....be happy....keep checking her milestones and feed her with happy mind... happy mom happy baby😍
I am giving her all kind of foods ..but bf she is drinking less
morning by 9.30 am I give her banana powder or ragi porridge ..and afternoon rice dal with vegetable mashed evening fruit mashed by nite 9 I give her cerelac
it's ok.. BM decreases as baby starts on solids...banana and potatoes are weight gainers... plan her diet well... every baby is unique... morning fresh fruits...lunch can be any different healthy food but evening try khichdi, everyday different khichdi...it will keep her digestion good and she would gain weight

why u think weight gain is good...
