Never,  its not about the eat for two...  Its about eating healthy and nutritious food when you are hungry. A pregnant women or breastfeeding mom should have extra 500 calories in a day.  No forceful feeding,  just be conscious what you eat.

Hey Shikha. No you don't have to eat for two. Your body needs only 2000 to 2200 calories for breastfeeding a single baby. Get a balance of all nutrients. Increase your protein intake rather than carbs. You don't have to pile up on fats as well. Have 6 small meals. Include eggs, dry fruits, milk, green leafy veggies and fruits in your daily diet. It will give you a healthy dose of all the nutrients. Eg of for a day would be this: 8am 1 glass of Milk with some protein powder and a handful of dry fruits. 10 am 2 egg omelette made with some ghee. 12 pm ragi porridge with buttermilk/ 1 fruit /1 bowl of soup. 2pm lunch. here also control your portion size. 4pm any snack you feel like having (it's all right to have junk food once in a while if you are craving for it. but it's better to have it homemade rather than from outside. you would have a healthier diet that way since you wouldnt feel like you are depriving yourself and then end up stuffing yourself and then feel guilty)
6 pm if you feel hungry you can have another fruit or a small glass of milk. otherwise have an early dinner around 7 or so. Have whatever you had for lunch. Before you sleep you can have a glass of milk again.
Also include 30 minute walks in the day twice and bf as much as you can. Will help you lose any post pregnancy weight as well. Hope this helps :-) You can check out my breakfast options from my profile as well as asha chaudhry mentioned. :-) Tc and have fun.
