hello mommies..I m 37 weeks pregnant.i want to know how to care of our self after giving birth for recovery and breastfeeding.actually in our cast we have to eat lots of oily food like ghee n all and also have to take heat in body for muscle pain relief.plz give any tips for recovery bcoz I don't like that type of oily food .

actually, just reduce the ghee... i think traditional medicines are very beneficial... you can also include ragi, soaked badams, two glasses of milk, dals, egg whites, etc. you can also take pro-pl... take good rest... aditi manja #tagfwd
