hi indra, its common in pregnancy... keep your legs elevated... dont sit or stand too much at a time... you can soak your feet in warm water with rock salt....
warm water and rock salt works wonders!
Keep your leg in an elevated position by placing it over a pillow. try and avoid dangling legs. also do hot compressions as advised by moms

Indra priya elevated legs are must...you would yourself feel better with this and my cook told me to have more bottle guard sabzi...I had only once for 2days which I can remember but I used to eat lot of fresh fruits and vegetables with good amount of fluids...yes but I was hardly putting my feet on ground while sitting...it really helped
