hey shikha - green tea wth honey is what some folks sggest. but only in moderation. pls don't be in a hurry to lose weight - do it gradually via exercise. aditi manja and Harneet Khurana rock at this subject!

hey shikha, I don't really suggest any drinks or juices per se for weight loss. you can have green tea or warm water with lemon. but they won't contribute to weight loss in a major way. it is always better to have a combination of a healthy diet and exercise for this as I had mentioned in some previous question of yours :) thanks for the tag asha chaudhry :*

Detox drinks aid weight loss too. Take a glass pitcher. Drop some lemon slices, chopped mint leaves and cucumber slices into it. leave it overnight and drink the next day or if you are making it during the day, drink it after 4 to 5 hours. You can drink a glass at a time. after you finish the water refill the pitcher with the same ingredients. discard the remnants after 2 uses. they say this drink helps Detox your body and aids weight loss too.

not at all recommended. ur baby is taking ur feed and u dont want to mess with ur hormones. u can take simple jeera, ajwain, cinnamon water if u wish. it will flush out any toxins as well keep ur tummy fine.

green tea to be had ONLY once a day. eat healthy food. let ur body recover and then u can grafually get back to ur routine
