13 weeks pregnant
hi sneha. you can start with walking. start with 15 minutes twice a day. Increase it to 30 gradually as you feel stronger. walking is quite a high impact cardiovascular activity. So keep in my mind to check your form. Don't put lot of pressure on your joints. you can slowly start using 1 litre bottles or 1kg dumbbells. Do 3 sets of 5 arm raises to start with. Slowly you can increase the count. When you are sitting and free do arm circles to tone your arms. Do leg raises and calf raises. This will strengthen your leg muscles. Start with 50 of each. As they get stronger you can add squats also. Try static squats or wall chairs to begin with. But dont go too low. Start with holding for 5 counts and gradually increase. Practice kegels everyday. Start with these for now. Work on your diet as well and continue to bf. After a couple of months you can start abdominal workouts and slowly increase the intensity of your workouts. Just google the names of these exercises. Don't be in a hurry to lose the fat. It will take time and lots of patience. Monitor your weight regularly. You can ping me for any guidance.
