if u had normal delivery then start woekimg out aftr 3 mts else 6 mts. u can walk now aftr evry meal for abt 10-15 min.

firstly concentrate on your baby.. and your health..you body needs some time to heal.. you can start with walks now.. and slowly after that you can start with lil light exercises.. breastfeeding itself will help you to loose weight..
