Q:

I have put on 10kg post pregnancy..my milk was not sufficient for my baby..so everyone suggested i should eat more..my milk never increased but my weight did..i still look 6 mnths preggy..i also have a large fibroid and now only give comfort suck to my LO..pls suggest a diet plan to reduce my weight

same here dear..i have a twin babies..so mujhe b aisa hi lgta tha..that my breast feed is not enough for them..bt breastfeed is very important for us..it help us to reduce our weight..

bt for now..eat papaya daily..n hv a green tea with honey atleast 2 time daily..it  will help u..

ok..u can also try neembu pani with honey...apko subeh khali pet 2 glass garam pani peena chahiye..n then after brush..drink a neembu pani..or uske bad atleast 1 ghnta kuch mat khana..it will definetly works..n yes use abdominal belt  daily..

1.Eat at Regular intervals.
2. Take 5 servings of fruits and vegetables.
3.Drink at least 2 litres of water.
4.2 cups green tea.
5. increase your protein.
6.Sleep well Stress less. Exercise 5days a week.
7. Get a buddy to help you.
8.Go for Holistic Weight loss. stay away from Crash diets. it puts you in a Yo-yo mode.
9.keep small goals that are acheivable.
10.Homeopathy helps  to Increase the BMR. Go for Homeopathy along with healthy diet and Lifestyle changes.
