You can eat Maggie, but in moderation, instead go for smoothie of your fav fruits and veggies, it only takes 2 min and healthy too.....happy pregnancy 😊
Aap agr Maida avd kare to achha hai.instead go for healthy options like veggie soup..upma..etc
Switch to oats, cereals, eggs bread etc... Maggie u can once in a while
maggie khali pet hi nahi, khana hi avoid karo in pregnancy... aapko daranae keliye nahi bol rahi, lekin ek friend ki sister roz maggi khati thi, aur pregnancy ko affect hua, and doctor ne kaha ki aise unhealthy food ke wajah se hua... bahar ka khana, fast food etc avoid kijiye please...

Harshita if you are having difficulty during initial days of pregnancy its better you get help of your elders. Ask for help and ask someone to stay with you. As you gotta eat healthy homemade foods juices. Try avoiding packaged foods and fast foods. Eat healthy and take care.
even i also crave for maggi and noodles,i end up having them every alternate days
Aap once a week kha lijiye agr aur Kuch khane ka mood na hua toh... morning m bread cheese ya apple khao better rahega...
I too cave for maggi but only I know how I resist myself😜 you should avoid maggi as it contains msg which is not good for baby. once in a while is ok..tc dear
haan yaar avoid karlo. I keep posting simple breakfast options. aapko pasand aaye toh woh aap try kar sakte ho.
Eat paratha or chapati poha suji instead of maggi don't eat its not good
