Hi Dr. Bhavi, i have been to c-section delivery in 9th march. my weight was 79kg that time and in these 2 mnths it has reduced to 69 kg. please tell is this much reduction is ok or should i do exercises to reduce more weight

Don't go on any crash diets.
ideally start thinking of weightloss post 6months .
