I have a
11 months old baby
15-20 mins before dinner ..lie down & put ur feet up vertically on the wall for 5-10 mins to help with the swelling. for cramps have salt, sugar solution with some lemon juice everyday.
If there is fluid retention salt intake has to be reduced. Just take plenty of regular water it will help with the cramps.

same happening wid me too....water retention can also be a cause of swelling..drink lots of fluid..
reduce your salt intake.
i take oil massage ,elevate the leg and try some walk ,less salt
