it was mentioned but 30ml won't be sufficient for him and I was scared that 2scoops may cause some problem as it was first time. that's why gave in that ratio and consistency
BabyChakra User
don't worry. if 30 ml is not sufficient then you prepare 60 ml with 2 scoop.

Please assess your milk supply and seek help from a Lactation specialist before starting formula. Breast milk is the best food for the baby till six months of age. You can increase milk supply by ensuring that you feed or express more often. Also the lactation specialist can assess the latch for you to ensure that baby is stimulating correctly. Formula may not suit the baby and you may experience reflux loose motions etc. Over and above that it can cause the gut to become more prone to allergies.

Nan pro did not suit my baby either. I tried it when he was six months but he vomited it out. You can try to improve your breastmilk supply by eating healthy, drinks plenty of fluids, try Zandu Satavrex, and keeping a very positive frame of mind.

Also Subha I am sharing a recipe my mother in law for better lactation. I suggest you must try. Heat a spoon of Ghee in a pan, add Jeera, add a small lump of jaggery and mix well. Allow it cool down and eat it. I hope it works for you as well
