during the pregnancy you can also eat 2-3 hours...now days drink more water or juice also
follow your heart.. when ever you feels hungry eat... you can also eat in a regular intervals of 2 hrs or 3.
include fruits sprouts salads n loads of water... would not suggest you juices it contains lots of sugar.. you can include curd , milk n coconut water also.
never skip your breakfast lunch n dinner..
if you have cravings for other things like chatpata food ice-cream n chocolates.. eat smartly... no Street food..

hi dear, do not go too long without food as gas, bloating and acidity can happen.. best is to have small meals at small intervals...
