I have a
Avoid mango, grapes, chickoo as they have high sugar content. Daily walking for half an hour is better. It's good to burn calories. Use millets, wheat. Avoid sweets. Take more water.
It is a little above the range which gets classified as there is a risk and hence you should be checked often. Discuss the meal plan with your doctor to understand how you can combine high glycemic index foods with low glycemic index foods to get a balanced intake. Mango grapes etc are high glycemic but can be taken in small quantities when correctly combined with the low glycemic index food item.
