Excuse mee.....  Almost all mummys complain of gaining weight after delivery..  But am the one who is worried of losing weight...  Wat is to b done to gain weight.  I luk very thin and face also seems tired.  My baby is 6months old now..

Hello!!! Yes you are i guess the few other moms would really envy you. To be fit...(i cant say i am but im trying) eat healthy. i dont want to tell you to eat burgers to gain. Eat n stay active. lucky mommy!

Too much of weight loss is not good either.
You should maintain a healthy weight.
now your weight will depend on your height.
simple formula not ideal though but for rough calculation.

Here are a few tips to gain weight the Healthy​ way
1. Take 500 calories more than u need.
2. Stick to nutritious calorie dense foods.
3.Eat more frequently.
4.Eat a larger portion size.
5. Eat before u sleep so the body can't burn those calories off.
6.walk before ur meals that increases appetite.
7. Add good flavour to ur food so u cn eat more.
8. Don't consume liquids with meals.liquids tend to fill u sooner.
9 add good amount of nuts to your food.
10. Add butter home made to your cooking.
