i have delivered baby boy through Caesarean section..my breasts are not producing enough milk and baby is being fed by dextrolac milk..is it fine?how can i stimulate milk production so as to breastfeed him?? please guide

drink a full glass of milk in the morning and in the bed time.
drink plenty of water.

and eat healthy foods.

One of the best ways to produce more milk is frequent stimulation. If the baby is not latching correctly or for long enough then please use a breast pump to stimulate. Make sure you do not use a bottle to feed the top milk as this will cause further aversion to the breast. Pump or feed atleast eight times a day. Additionally it is important that you keep your self relaxed and stress free. A relaxed mom produces more milk. Finally eat healthy foods and drink plenty of fluids. Milk does not produce milk but calcium is important so take foods rich in calcium which could be milk, curds, paneer, lassi, green leafy vegetables, ragi etc.

try adding Shatavari kalpa granules to milk twice a day till ur baby gets enough milk....then u can reduce taking it gradually.....this is ayurvedic powder...
