my 8th month is going on and my hb is 9.5. I m worried as everyone says hb is less.Now I am trying to have apple pomegranate chana half beetroot atleast on every alternate day or sometimes daily. Pls help what can I do more. hb is really going to effect at the time of delivery?

yes it does affect. apart from what u r eating.. take beetroot , spinach, jaggery and dates

eat 2-3 piece soaked in water and include more iron rich food in your diet..sprouts is also a good source of protein, folic acid..

mine is 7th month and hb is 9.5.... i am taking 1 beetroot and 2 anar daily. also m taking sattu (made from chana) sattu is also a good drink for summers. doctor said she will check again if hb does not rise then, she would give iron injection. 😐

yes me scared too... but my doc is also trying that hb increases with eating only, injection would be the last option ... rest upto god 🙏

yes even my doctor is suggesting to improve diet only as of now..not recommended iron injection.Hope it will improve

hii ladies to increase your hb level either have beetroot juice evryday or boil the beetroot with ample amount of water and drink that beetroot water daily will surely help in increasing hb i have tried and tested thiss

soak 10 raisins and 2-3 dates in water at night..morning eat those and drink that water..iron level increases
