iam doing walk daily for 6km. iam running 35 weeks . is it good to keep my bp low and maintain my sugar level.

yea... but don walk fast... don go too much away from home.. (incase u need to come back).. alwayssss carry a mobile.. n don use ear phones .. take these precations
