that apple puree is zero nutrition
peal and cut apple into pieces and steam it. keep it in a steel bowl and put that bowl inside cooker with little water. Mash it completely and than give it to your babies..steaming will keep all nutrients intact.
hi sindhu apple is an excellent binding fruit so quite possible he didnt poop because of it. does banana suit baby? u can also puree apple by blanching it. no need to mix water. Harneet Khurana pls advise

Hi...frist boil apple with very little water so that after boil you can mash in that water..

Apple steamed or boiled n then mashed or pureed is good.it gets digested well.but apple given in the raw form causes constipation,it's actually helpful in loose motions.
it's fine if baby doesn't poop for 5 days unless he's colic
