yes roopasree i have been trying for a week to prepare one
you can give 5 times, 3 main meals and two snacks... breakfast, lunch and dinner - what you eat can be given... snacks can be made from healthy stuffs like ragi ladoo, oats omlette, oats banana, suji ka halwa, sheera, etc... have fun, get experimental, make food interesting!!! 😊
Morning ut the... pehle..mouth wash karke.. paani do.
Agar baby 8-9 am Ute tho.. tiffin.Tiffin me idli, dosa, upma, khichdi, rava idli, besan Ka dosa.
11 ko milk without sugar.
1 PM ko lunch.. chapathi ya rice with small teaspoon ghee and dal
3 PM ko fruits. like banana, chickoo, water melon, apple, musk melon, mango, pomegranate juice.
5 PM ko snacks.. jaise boiled vegetables, boiled sprouts, porridge.
7 pm ko juice do..
9 pm ko khana.. again..chapathi ya rice.
agar lunch me rice diya hai..to night chapathi.
Agar baccha thoda late sotha hai tho... fir se thoda milk.
Beech me jitna chahe utna paani do... BM do.. Koi bhi sweet item morning tiffin time me mat do... wo bhook maar detha hai.
