2.detox drink tht is lemon,mint,ginger,cucumber in 2litres
wil it affect my gastrics problm
ihave gastrics frm 2yrs pls anybdy ans me about both drinks.

Hai Dear... detox drink you have mentioned have gone viral these days. Even my mom was other day saying, she is following that. one thing I want to say... nothing can replace a good walk and exercise.
Detox is good... but remember , in this process you won't loose weight. it's like keeping your organs fit. Green tea is good for health. But hardly 2-3 kgs you may reduce.
For gastric... eat in time. Eat low calorie food in regular intervals. Avoid spicy food, dal, potato, peas. Avoid non veg night times. Regularly have watermelon. Have ajwain seeds.
Start walking from today.

Apart from green tea you can eat something healthy every two hours n in small quantity. This will also help out.
Never start your day with tea. instead have two glass of water first thing in the morning. Your gas problem will b solved. secondly u can have healthy snacks with tea or green tea in morning, after two hours have any fruit,  after two hours have mini lunch, before lunch have a glass of buttermilk so that u indulge in less eating,  again after two to three hours have peanuts or any nuts u like alongwith green tea,  than after two hours have salad or ny chilla or sprout bhel,  after two hours for dinner u can have soup n sandwich or roti sabji or daal rice..  again if u r hungry have glass of milk n slp..  next day same routine..
u r facing gastric problem as u r nt regular on your meals.

yes a thing to note,  if u want to eat piece of cake or something fried than u n can it during ur breakfast early morning that to once in a while nt everyday. 
This diet plan was followed by me n i had reduced weight. So give it a try

green tea throws toxins out of the body and that is all. as said above for losung weight u need a workout. and for that u dont have to go to a gym. i work out 45 min daily at home only. look at you tube videos and u can find workouts for ur problem areas. like chest  back fat, thighs, tummy.

soak methi seeds in the night and have those seeds in the morning after drinking lukewarm water for gastric problem. also adding 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder and lemon juice to lukewarm water helps in detox and weight loss
