there is no quick solution unfortunately for belly. its the toughest muscle in the body to get rid off. go for a walk. that helps. also keep a curb on ur rice intake.

You can start with a slow pace walk with healthy meals..take loads of leafy and green veggies with a cup of rice. Drink min 3 liters of water. If you have already done with yoga, try doing very simple poses. Feed your baby on demand. AsHarneet Khurana said, its a toughest muscle but it will soo go off with regular exercise. Its always a dream for every woman to get the body shape as before, definitely it is possible. Just start things slowly. Hear what your body says. All the best dear. Enjoy your motherhood 😊
