Does eating field bean, potato and other gassy veggies should be avoided during breastfeeding ? Or is it ok if consumed in less quantity ? Suggestions pls!

u can eat everyting but should be homemade n fresh aswell eat in small quantity when start with something new

Eating all foods in moderation provided they are healthy is recommended during pregnancy and breast feeding. Anything in excess can cause a side effect. However small quantities and spaced out over the week is surely not a problem.
