yes! I agree with asha chaudhry . Now day's very badly  summer going on 43°c doctor recommended Please keep your baby in AC room or Cooler room.make sure baby cover with clothes ...even my baby used to sleep in AC 24 temperature. His sleep very well.

its fine to use ac to keep baby comfortable..you can also cool the room beforehand and switch off ac when you bring baby in...

u can avoid direct fan but temp at 26 as asha pointed out is advisable

I agree with Sheeba.. if it's too hot and unbeatable...then cool the room with and then you can keep baby in that room. But don't get used to this all the time. My gal when baby use to sweat a lot..when asked to doctor, he said we can use AC. Lateron, while talking to many mom's, I came to know, babies initially sweat a lot. Till 2 hrs of age, they will sweat like anything( even in winters). That's how their skin pores will open.. Sweat is also one way body will remove toxins. But in AC baby won't sweat at all.. or the other way round.. if baby sweats.. the AC inside will cool that sweat too much and chances of cough, cold and sinus problems are more.
May be I am from old school of thought. I prefer ceiling fan..instead of ac, cooler or stand fan.

Roopashree Siddireddy old school is good mostly....my baby's pediatric also said keep her natural as much possible....we still sleep in ceiling fan....we switch on the ac at 18 degree in bedroom and keep the door open so my drawing room temperature get settled to 22-25 and we sleep in drawing room in fan....no direct ac.... during day in other bedroom again in fan...Drisha Uttamani mom knows best.... always go with your gut feeling...if you see your baby needs go ahead and if you see it's unbearable then avoid as my niece can't sleep without ac from birth.... today she is 5 year and sleep with ac remote in comferter...she gets irritated with fan....asha chaudhry I tried to sleep in ac with my girl but she started sneezing so we worked drawing room sleeping arrangement 😎😂😂😂😂
