hi spoorthy its better to burp! Sheeba Vijesh sonam patel
yes.. burping is required. If baby falls asleep... slowly lift and keep baby upright and let baby on you for 5-10 mins.. then slowly put baby down.
yes.. burping is required after every feed whether bottle feed or breast feed.. try to burp your baby.. if it doesn't work then keep the baby in upright position for 15-20 mins and then put your Baby down.. when baby is awake give some tummy time.. this will prevent from being colic to a greater extent.. as baby is small.. you can start with few seconds of tummy time.. and then increasing gradually..
bottle fed babies get more gas... even i used to feel so bad to burp baby, because it wss with so much difficulty he would sleep and i would say because of this burping his sleep gets ruined... but actually baby will sleep even after burping also... atleast hold upright for 15-20 minutrs. thanks for the tag asha chaudhry

Spoorthy Sb, burping is very important dear after feeding. Just make her sit in upright position and pat her back. Usually sleeping babies will not burp soundly. So hold your baby in upright position and let her be in that for 5-10 min.
very essential. .burping will help in avoiding gas..
