hi pushpa. take 30 minute walks twice a day. start with 15 and slowly increase. do arm workouts like arm circles, arm raises with 1 ltr bottles. you can do calf raises and leg raises to strengthen your leg muscles. also control your eating. have 6 to 7 smaller meals. incorporate eggs, dry fruits, sprouts and milk in your diet. after 6 months you can start with strength training. till then keep bf as much as you can and keep monitoring your weight :) tc!

I took dabur dashmolarisht for two months after my pregnancy..it did reduced swelling in my belly after c section. Also, eating healthy and exclusive breastfeeding to my baby till 6 months made me achieve my pre pregnancy weight.
