hey spoorthy, yep as asha chaudhry rightly said, a lot of women don't wear the belt. to be honest it doesn't really serve much purpose. It does support your back. But if you are mindful of your posture while feeding and generally as well, you would not need the belt. If reducing your belly is the reason why you want to wear the belt, then it won't be of great help. Rather work on having a healthy balanced diet. Combine it with walks and start exercising after 6 months to reduce weight overall. Ab workouts, strength training with toning workouts will be of bigger help than a belt since the former will help your body get stronger and keep you healthy. tc and enjoy your motherhood :)
yeah belt would Oly support Ur back . but if you want to reduce tummy then belt is not at all helpful.. I used belt for one and half months but it's of no use
start walking and maintain a balanced diet..
no idea. never wore. never needed. do workout aftsr 6 months. ur tummy will go away. i have seen women who still have a pooch after wearing belts and their babies will be 2 yrs in june this year.. so m not a big fan !
if you want to wear abdominal belt you can wear it after one week itself.. do take consent of your gynaec.. you can wear it all the time except while sleeping and eating..
