u make it like daliya or kheer type also......its depend baby's choice
hi it's advisable that u start with fruits. as it helps develop digestive enzymes and it's easier to digest for the baby. start with one time a day. and then u can start two times. and if ur baby doesn't have teeth yet u puree everything for now and offer. apple, chikoo, prunes, pear purees. introduce one item at a time and continue for 3-4, days. coz u can identify which foods ur baby likes or suits. u can later on add vegetable purees and then third or fourth week start with khidchi or grains.
