Hello Experts, I am 34 weeks pregnant. I am taking 2 bowls of Aamras daily as Mango is my favorite fruit. Wanted to know whether Aamras is good for my health or not? Please guide.

Mangoes are a very healthy fruit however in aamraas we end up adding a lot of sugar hence that makes it unhealthy. Make aamraas without sugar and have it as a mid evening or mid morning snack to get the right benefits.
