hi all I am entered in 9th month of pregnancy. I have swelling in my legs even I can't walk properly plz give me idea what should I do.

Komal, swelling does happen in pregnancy. It helps to keep your feet raised, soak feet in warm salt water. BUT pls inform your gynec about how much swelling you have. Is it just feet or other places. She needs to know. All d best komal.Care to add Sonia Gupta, Kinjal Gada, Dishita Patel, Roopashree Siddireddy, Jai shri , Sheeba Rizvi #tagfwf

Swelling happens due to fluid retention which can be due to position which means s that you need to elevate your legs above your heart and not be in one position for a long time. the other reason could be excess salt intake so cut back on salt and processed and packaged foods. Third could be due to elevated blood pressure and yes you should visit your doctor for a check up ASAP.
