Hi Satarupa, it's great that you are back in shape. For your abdomen you have to repair and rebuild your core by doing Postnatal Exercises like hip lifts, pelvic tilt.

regarding supplements you should check with your gynac and continue taking calcium, iron and multivitamin supplements

Supplements are important for the Postnatal period especially if you are Breastfeeding
