#nutrition..my baby is 4months old and shes on breast feed.but whenever I feed her I feel very hungry evry time..how should I control my hunger or what can I have in snacks in anytime?

when you breastfeed you are burning calories. it is important that you eat every 2-3 hours. Other than your meals you can eat:
fruits, fistful nuts, dry roasted bhel with peanuts and chana - you add chutney, cucumber, tomatoes, whole wheat sandwich, cucumber, carrot sticks, dry khakhras
