I agree with Sheeba. May be you are a wonderful emotional being and don't want to show..you are emotional. Crying or feeling anger is not the sign of weakness Dear. It's just the suppressed things..want to erupt. Cry out all your heart.. you feel good. Then decide.. no problem is bigger than life. Try not to get depressed..when negative thoughts are entering your mind.. leave that place.. divert your mind. You can come here..on Babychakra..and we all can gupshup yaar. There are so many things to discuss..Isn't it??  Relax and smile..

Dear Mommy to be, Sounds like this last month of pregnancy has really put you on an overdrive of emotions. Hormonal surge is the reason in your case which is biological. To answer your question of how to control feelings of anger and crying spells, well it's not working as you are trying to control an emotion and as much as we try We can't control emotions but the one thing you can manage and is under your control is the way you think which in turn will help you deal with the anger and crying. Problems or some other stressors are always going to be present but your approach and interpretation of these situations is what needs to be worked on. If the feelings are persistent for more than 2-3 weeks you are likely to develop depression post pregnancy. Begin by taking time out for yourself alone. Gathering your thoughts and just observing them separate from yourself. Try some relaxation and breathing exercises as this will not only help you calm down but will benefit you during and after delivery as well. We underestimate the power of breathing. Talk to your husband about how you feel or chat with a close friend.Do you have access to a counselor? Try taking a session to help you with some mindfulness exercises. You are almost nearing the most beautiful phase of a woman's life. Eliminate stressors from the environment and just focus on yourself and the baby's wellbeing.
