My baby is 19 months old and weighs around 10 kgs. she is very active however looks thin. any tips on wkeght gain ? is this weight appropriate?

You should not worry about your daughters weight unless your doctor says so. Ensure that you feed her various foods from the following:

1. Whole wheat, millets, legumes, pulses, rice

2. Fresh fruits and vegetables

3. Eggs, chicken, fish

4. Milk, yoghurt, paneer
5. Nuts, seeds
