Give frequent small meals to your baby. Ensure that you give your baby proteins like eggs, meat, pulses, legumes every meal. Nuts and seeds in porridge, Parathas, rice will help provide vitamins and minerals. Give fresh Fruits and vegetables in the form of juices, soups, smoothies
