Boiled sprouts. Banana, apple, chapathi.
you can carry theplas.. they dnt get spoiled easily.. fir the same day you can carry sooji.. then fruits..
till 1 year of age baby's max nutrition shud come from.ur feed. which means its only 20% solids. i carried only fruits like apple or banana or oranges. rest while travelling she was exclusively bf. at our hotel where we stayed, my daughter used to have ghee dosa, idli, ommellete, simple ghee parantha, banana pancakes or potato wedges. i never carried anything with me.
