Hi devika, check your weight. if your weight is more, then the back will ache due to the excess pressure. Also, start doing some back strenthening exercises. You can check on YouTube for some basic ones to start with. Work on strengthening your leg muscles too. Do calf raises and leg raises at home. Then as you get stronger you can proceed to squats and more intense workouts. If the pain is unbearable talk to your doctor. You might be prescribed medication. Also check your posture. Don't hunch your shoulders. Keep the phone at eye level when you use it. And don't hold your baby only on one side. And when you bend down, never bend from the back. Bend your knees in a squat position and then bend down. This will protect the lower back muscles. Tc :)

hope u r taking ur calcium tablets.. i agree with Aditi on the fitness bit.. a lil more strengthening exercises would help you or try yoga that would help too..
u can also try the mamaearth epsom bath salt.. specially launched for moms like us with back pain, tired feet and body. i have pain in my feet so tried this and its effective

thanks Aditi and Rashmi for valuable suggestions .I have started exercises accordingly. actually weight  kafi jyada ho gya h phele s , I m trying to lose weight also but back pain itna h kuch din s , its unbearable sometimes.
