hi..i have completed 23 weeks..but havent put up any weight.i was 74 kgs and still dangling with some 200 ,300 gms increase.all reports show good.No signs of thyroid, sugar or anything..any suggestions

It is natural to gain about minimum two kilos in the first twenty weeks. This is for someone who starts the pregnancy at a normal height for weight and BMI. If you were over weight and the baby is developing well then it is natural to not gain weight in the normal pattern.

it someone is already over weight then its gud sign not to increase weight. ur baby will gain proper weight. not to worry. I am also 62 kgs. I hardly put on weight . nothing to worry about weight.

yes was bit worried.my gynaec asked me to strictly increase 2 kilos by next checkup and recommended milk with protein powder daily with a boiled egg

it's nothing to worry if ur scan shows proper weight for baby..

when I was in my first month of pregnancy I was 70 kg and when in 9 th month my weight was 74.. however my baby born with 2.75 kg.. so don't worry.. actually as my doc advised it's better for overweight person that now to increase too much weight
