Hi mums.... During evenings I suffer from acidity and don't feel like eating anything.... is it normal..??? anything that can b done to avoid such a feeling?


Hi Rymer...make sure you eat every 2 hr and drink lot of water.

Rymer1215 eat balanced diet and have as much fluids possible....lemon water, coconut water works wonder... include in your everyday diet and small frequent meals are always good as Gitali said....try eating every 2 hour and avoid outside and oily/spicy food...

Hav food in moderation.. I case if it increases c yur gyanac he or she ll provide yu wth syrup... Don't hav oilly stuffs which ll also help..

it happened with me too but khana khane k baad meri seene ki jalan wagairah sb band ho jati thi...or sham ko hi ye problem hoti thi pure din mai thk rahti thi....khana khane ka man nahi karta tha lekin khana khane k baad thk ho jata tha sb.....fridge ka rakha thanda milk try kar slte hai aap


Thanks Laxmi Shankar ....i too face the same problem only in the evening.... I don't get heart burns though.... however just nausea and acidity so much that I don't feel like eating....but will definitely try eating a fruit and maybe cold milk.
