m feeling too lazy now days.. cant stand for long or sit... alwys want to sleep ... most of The time m sleeping or lying on my bed.. dont know whats wrong with me , i want to stay active but my body is not supporting me at all, plz tell me what should i do, what will be good for me and my baby .. 😒

always wanna sleep or laziness is vry common in pregnany but u should b active which will affect u n ur baby in ur good way. Go for a brisk walk in evening do light household chores

It's ok to feel sleepy at this stage of pregnancy. Sleep whenever you want to otherwise you will feel lathargic all the time and staying lathargic will not help you much. Just make sure that you will walk for at least 30minites a day. I am telling this with my own personal experience. I had the same problem and slept almost whole day but never skipped my 30minutes walk routine.

Don't worry dr it's so common in pregnancy, so be relax sleep till u want to get up but have something to eat in regular intervals...

its very common happens to almost everyone in pregnancy... but walk for atleast 30 minutes in a day... eat well and always stay hydrated

thats very common.. and infact do sleep and enjoy.. jmcoz after baby sleeping will b like a dream.. just eat nutritious.. have plenty of fluids.. and have walks in the morning and evening

it happens early on the in the pregnancy.  as your pregnancy progresses you energy levels will start coming back as long as you're eating healthy and walking atleast 30 mins a day
