I have a
1 year old baby
dont worry apke baby isse kuch nahi hoga...eat smaller frequent meals. drink 3 ltrs water. take curd. do not eat and lay down immedaiately. eat atleast 1 hour before sleeping. avoid too much oily food...and spicy ones also
Drink lots of water, fluids and cold milk
please drink chass after every major meal...have several small meals and eat 3 hrs before u sleep as that aids digestion
Hi Khushi add coconut water as well it help in reducing heart burn. it happens in pregnancy don't worry your baby is safe. Avoid oily n spicy food as other moms said curd is good in such condition. do small walk after dinner. All the best
