My baby will be 2 years old in 2 months.., she has a gud sleeping routine, well she mostly eats curd rice, upma n roti with dal etc but I noticed that she gets tired very easily or may be children at this age have a capacity of 4 hours approx. only...

Carrots palak tomato she eats... No v don't eat eggs

iron deficiency causes tiredness ....increase her iron intake..

If the tiredness is excessive talk to paed. Don't try supplements unless prescribed.
