hi sonali mam 1.hw cn I reduce my tummy im looking too fat gained 15 kgs during pregnancy bt no reduction till nw pls help me
2.my baby is going to b 7 Soon...bt till nw she is nt taking any feed even breast feed for only 5 mins I need to knw hw she will get enough nutrients...3.my daughter is nt sleeping properly...she is taking only 10 Mins nap at day night 4 to 5 hrs....hw to improve her sleeping pattern...

Brisk walking for about six to minutes every day and also follow a balanced diet. You can also start some abdominal toning exercises.
Feed time depends on baby. If she is gaining weight then we don't worry about the length of the feed.
Sleep cycles can. take some time to settle. During the day short naps are ok. If she is sleeping longer at night and is over all getting about 12 hours of sleep per day then it's fine.
