It is fairly common to look pregnant for a few weeks post delivery. Start with a brisk walking program and then abdominal toning exercises
take 30 minute walks twice a day. start slow and gradually increase depending on how you feel. Look at your diet too. control your portion sizes. 6 small meals a day is better. the tummy will take time to go. after 6 months you can do other workouts. also monitor your weight regularly
