First of all let yourself completely heal. do not start exercising until ur doctor advises
2 months is too early to reduce..give yourself some time..I was back to pre pregnancy size from 72.5 kg to 54 in 4.5 months..I used to exclusive breastfeed my baby, eat healthy means no tins of ghee, just good fats like almonds, cashew, raisins, Anjeer fresh veggies and fruits, protein x, milk, lotus seeds( makhane) they are rich source of calcium plus they are good fats and natural remedy for joint pains..
whenever I used to feel hungry I always chose healthy things to fill my stomach instead of munching junks or sweets
