Aditi☺️☺️ i have a question. Please help me.
I have reduced my pregnancy weight from 58 to 52. And my pre pregnancy weight is 48.my problem is i have some fat near belly. (not some fat😊 in fact more fat). Please give me some excercise or some tips to reduce.
Ps, i am doing yoga and drinking water quite frequently. If you can give me some yoga poses, it will help me a lot. Thank you😍
